It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: The Global Relationship Manager (GRM) will act as a reference point within the Bank for its customers in the development and management of the business relationship in coordination with the Relationship Managers and the various functions involved. The person will actively generate new business to enhance profitability of the relevant groups (Telecom, Media, Tech. Companies) in the portfolio, observing risk objectives and guaranteeing profitability of the groups in the portfolio. The GRM will coordinate the commercial action of the Relationship Managers by identifying and promoting the sale of wholesale/investment banking products and services in scope for the customers in the portfolio assigned and will authorize rates and conditions on product and service offerings as permitted. The incumbent will manage the overall credit risk profile of the customers in the portfolio in collaboration with the other product units within the IMI CIB Divisions within Intesa Sanpaolo Group, highlighting any signs of deterioration. Main activities: Ensure the profitability of the groups (Telecom, Media, Tech. Companies) in the portfolio Support the Head of Industry with customer analysis and planning by monitoring the performance of economic and industrial sectors for the customers assigned, through collaboration with the Global Strategic Coverage (GSC) where necessary for the best commercial strategies. Support the General Manager of the International Hub Branch and the Head of the Corporate Desk in defining the budget of the relevant groups in planning the optimal commercial strategies through support of the IMI CIB Division Marketing function and collaboration of the GSC. Address the structuring of Investment Banking transactions for transactions not coordinated by GSC, liaising with the relevant product units of the IMI CIB Division, ensuring their contribution as collaborators on the necessary stages to complete the setup of the management team and working to execute the operation. Develop opportunities with new customers and prepare the commercial "pitche(s)" for the reference customers, according to the commercial and risk priorities defined by the Head of Corporate Desk and the product units of the IMI CIB Division. Authorize rates and conditions on products and services for customers as permitted in line with existing processes. Collaborate with the Relationship Managers to define the commercial activity for the customers in the portfolio in accordance with the assigned budget for the relevant industry and in agreement with the General Manager and the Head of the Corporate Desk. Evaluate the credit proposals and the credit lines of the group related to the customers in the portfolio, forwarding the proposals to the relevant business functions and taking care of the allocation and optimal use of credit lines at Group level. Manage the overall credit risk profile of the customers in the portfolio in coordination with the other relevant business functions and highlighting any signs of deterioration. Ensure the correct management of customers by ensuring compliance with regulatory provisions, operational processes and company regulations. Required Experience Extensive client relationship management experience and ability to foster productive business relationships Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics/International Economics, International Relations or equivalent or comparable/related working experience Exposure to and exceptional understanding of the full range of Investment Banking products Potential to immediately make a commercial impact on P&L contributions Ability to engage with professionals of different product lines and relationship teams, maintaining ultimate responsibility and supervision of each transaction to successful conclusion Managerial :Ability to manage/motivate oneself and lead a team of business professionals Marketing and Customer Relations : Ability to effectively identify and develop customer relationships with clients / prospects that will generate profitable business transactions. Network Knowledge :Understanding of the Bank's global network, its resources and products. Ability and willingness to effectively communicate - written and orally - with senior management and colleagues with respect to strategy, policy and business opportunities. Team player approach with ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's global network.
