Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Sales the Director of Growth Marketing will own Versity's cross-channel B2B marketing strategy and be accountable for creating and executing an efficient and scalable strategy to drive new business pipeline.As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for:Marketing Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and execute 2024 marketing strategy to generate new customer leads and build exposure for Versity across channels including paid and organic social, email marketing, content marketing, paid search and industry conferencesIdentify key metrics, KPIs and goals to measure the effectiveness of our marketing investmentDevelop and launch marketing campaigns across channels, including social, email, and conferences, to attract quality leads while utilizing continuous testing and experimentation (A/B testing, split testing) processes in new and existing channels for performance optimizationCreative and MessagingCraft compelling positioning statement, marketing messaging and articulation of value proposition within outbound marketing efforts including lead generation campaigns, organic channels such as our website, and sales materialsDistill complex ideas into simple, clear, and concise language tailored for specific customer segmentsWork with our product and marketing designers to create channel-specific materials including but not limited to static and video assets for social, case studies, and product fact sheetsReporting and InsightsRegularly analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and communicate them to relevant cross-functional leadership and teamsSet up high quality reporting dashboards communicated to broader cross-functional stakeholders to constantly track progress vs targetsShare key customer insights with the broader cross-functional team, helping to inform the product roadmapTeam and Budget ManagementLead a team of marketing and design specialists in charge of executing campaigns across our channels to deliver pipeline targetsManage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels to achieve desired performance outcomes, with a laser focus on quality lead generationCollaborate with Sales, Product and Finance to define budget needs during planning cycles and reallocate resources as needed, particularly for 2024 annual planning and quarterly reforecastsLead a high-performing B2B marketing team, setting clear objectives and providing constant mentorship to drive personal learning & development, retain talent and foster exceptional team collaborationWhat You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role:Exceptional Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, translating insights into data-informed decisions that drive performance.Superior Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams, as well as to our prospective customers.Strong Leadership: Proven ability to build, grow, and inspire A-player teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Effective Collaboration: Adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.Creative Chops: Demonstrated proficiency in designing and executing highly effective marketing campaigns across various platforms.Results-Driven: Commit to delivering measurable results, and achieving and exceeding set targets. Consistently demonstrate a proactive and outcome-oriented approach to your work.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
