We are specifically designated for interior renovations of Subacute & Skilled Nursing Healthcare. The Construction/Design division supports our facility's renovation projects.Responsibilities Include:Organize & maintain library and project samplesSchedule meetings with vendors to keep FF&E library up to dateAssist senior designers with project management tasksConduct research on industry FF&E specificationsProvide administrative support to design teamDevelop design & millwork drawings using AutoCADDraw 3D renderings to visualize design concepts (a plus)Participate in project meetingsSite walkthroughs for field verification when necessaryQualifications:Experience in an interior design firm or related fieldCompletion of Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, and Microsoft Office; Sketchup is a plusBasic knowledge of construction details including millworkStrong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize projectsGreat written and verbal communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical ability to lift samplesAbility to interact with vendors and colleagues in a professional mannerKnowledge of basic building codes, regulations, and industry standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
