From infrastructure, plumbing, and appliances, to HVAC, fire protection, fabrication, and more, we make our customers' complex projects simple, successful, and sustainable.The Marketing Manager for Own Brand Lighting is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Own Brand Lighting. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and driven threats.Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.Recruit, train, and lead an impactful marketing team.Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture.Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social, etc.).Supervise and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure efficiency and return on investment.Develop and maintain the organization's brand identity.Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.Maintain relationships with external agencies as needed.Develop and lead the marketing budget, prioritizing resources effectively.Supervise expenses and ensure the cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business strategies.Communicate marketing plans and results to key collaborators.Apply data and analytics to measure and report on the efficiency of marketing strategies.Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve results.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 8-10 years) in marketing with a track record of success.Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret sophisticated data.Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools.Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families"”geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings. The estimated pay range for this position is below.
