Our role is pivotal in understanding user behaviors and shaping our products. We collaborate closely with product management, engineering and client services to craft products that not only serve users but also contribute to TTD's success.We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring that we develop solutions that not only meet user needs but also align with our company's goals. We strongly believe in utilizing data-driven insights to guide our design decisions and enhance our products continuously, and you will play a pivotal role in this process.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, develop research plans, and prioritize research activities.Plan and execute a variety of qualitative research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.Collect and analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders through quick debriefs, reports, presentations, and workshops.Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.Deeply understand our customers, products and business strategy to create actionable and impactful insightsWho you are:Proven experience conducting user research in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a technology or digital product company.Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability tests, and writing surveys.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw actionable and timely insights.Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Proactive and resourceful problem-solverBachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, or related field.Basic proficiency with FigmaAd tech or B2B research experience a plusThe Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
