The ideal candidate is a hands-on doer who is well-versed in digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. The role will require a unique blend of analytical prowess, strategic vision, and program management skills. This role requires a tactically focused professional with demonstrated success designing, implementing, and overseeing impactful digital marketing campaigns that will drive revenue growth.Essential FunctionsMaximize revenue through the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing programs to drive new revenue and improve retention rates.Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to deliver engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive the message and content personalization.Develop and optimize strategies that increase the website purchase flow and search engine results and rankings. Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.Plan and execute campaigns, including, but not limited to SEO/SEM, and display advertising to achieve revenue targets with a positive ROI.Present recommendations and plans for building new channels to drive revenue.Performance Measurement and ReportingMeasure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, channels, or target audiences.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Collaboration and User Experience OptimizationCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.Budget ManagementAllocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.Other DutiesPerform any other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns to maximize revenue growth (or ROI).Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and analytics software.Demonstrated data-driven and analytical skills with ability to make decisions based on rigorous analytics and track performance metrics.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving key metrics for success.Knowledge of web design, user experience, and content management systems (CMS).Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.Experience in project management.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Core CompetenciesResults-Driven and Proactive: Sets and achieves challenging goals, focuses on delivering measurable results, and proactively identifies new opportunities.Collaboration and Adaptability: Works collaboratively with internal and external teams, adapting positively to changes in the market and organizational strategies.Effective Communication and Persuasion: Clearly communicates ideas, negotiates effectively, and conveys product benefits persuasively.Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.Key Accountabilities/MetricsAchievement of annual revenue and retention budget.Return on Investment (ROI): The profitability of various marketing campaigns calculated by comparing the revenue generated from purchases to the cost of running the campaigns, ensuring that the marketing efforts contribute positively to the business's financial goals.Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): The average cost incurred to acquire a new customer through online channels, including marketing and advertising expenses, to optimize spending and ensure that the cost of acquiring customers aligns with their long-term value to the business.Conversion Rate: The percentage of website visitors who make a purchase, sign up for a newsletter, or complete another desired action, reflecting the effectiveness of the website in turning visitors into customers.Minimum Qualifications5+ years' experience in digital marketing.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
