National Director of Site MarketingWe are seeking a National Director, Site Marketing for NATC's owned, managed, and development portfolio of Macro Site Towers.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Salary Amount: Open For DiscussionPermanent, Full-timeCurrently Accepting Applications & InterviewingDuties & Key Areas of Responsibility:This essential role at NATC contributes to our business revenue growth by attracting tenant growth volumes annually on our Macro Tower site portfolio, on a national scale. The National Director, Site Marketing will build a national team of Regional Site Marketing specialists to communicate with Carrier and Non-Carrier clients, marketing our vacant RAD spaces for our Macro Tower portfolio.Responsibilities include managing market relationships, negotiation of business terms and lease language, project directorship, market research, forecasting, obtaining carrier and consultant contacts, distributing marketing pieces, creating, and achieving site leasing budgets.Required Qualifications & Skills:Successful Site Marketing team track record within a growing organization.Ability and motivation to work with Site Acquisition team and Sales team to market new Site Builds in process, and existing Macro Site portfolio.Ability to work effectively across many internal functional groups to optimize tenant lease volumes, create a seamless customer experience, and resolve issues.Effective at achieving results in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively; strong proficiency in leading dynamic presentations to customers.Excellent ability to create new and maintain existing Client relationships.Ability to identify key contacts for follow up; excellent ability to communicate project and status updates to team and cross-functionally to ensure understanding.Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high-quality solutions.Good strategic and creative problem-solving skills that effectively influence decision making during negotiations.Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:8 - 10 years of wireless experience with expanded levels of responsibility over the last 5 years. Experience managing professional services associated with macro sites, fiber installation, distributed antenna systems, small cell systems, and wireless macro site upgrades.BS degree or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.Ability to manage PMO Site Marketing team, prioritize work assignments, be responsive, and multi-task are a must for the successful candidate in this fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
