Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics for apparel. This position will collaborate cross-functionally in order to stay in-line with business needs and current retail market trends. Responsibilities: Create graphics for apparel within specific timelines for the preparation and release into the market Follow graphic design concepts consistent with brand strategies Conduct research on retail market trends and translate into graphics Interpret trend boards and design direction in order to develop graphics Ensure that the product is consistent with market trends while maintaining brand identity Collaborate with Production on execution, cost, and timing Participate in brainstorming sessions for new concepts for upcoming season's graphics Work with Manager to develop inspiration boards and translate concepts and boards into key items Work with design to complete concepts and pitch sheets Ensure colors of graphics match the vision for the current apparel and accessories Assess and troubleshoot artwork production samples Maintain project libraries and organize graphics by season and concept Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in art or related field 3+ years of experience in fashion graphics Experience with Kaleido Skills and Behaviors: Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Ability to design around concepts Ability to work independently under general direction Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
