Allow our team of experts to provide a customized waste disposal and recycling solution for your company, tailored to your needs, and your goals.Job DescriptionThis position will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for the company. They will oversee a range of activities including market research, campaign development, brand management, advertising, and customer relationship management. With a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, they will guide the creation of compelling messaging and content that resonates with the target audience. Additionally, they will often collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts on the overall business objectives.Primary Responsibilities IncludeGather market data relative to the customer verticals, competition, and new technologies in order to assess directions, threats, and opportunities.Develop short and longer-term marketing segmentation and sales strategy aimed at maintaining and/or growing CE's market share in accordance long range objectives.Assess and coordinate those costs, resources, internal and external communications required to achieve both industry market and corporate objectives.Assess current Company and competitive segments and/or services and provide recommendations as to new segments/services or enhancements to strengthen market position or competitive differentiation.Oversee specific regional or line of business marketing campaigns and subsequent results.Develop event and trade show strategy to ensure that CE is well represented at key events.Coordinate with Enviri branding team to ensure consistent message and brand in accordance with corporate guidelines.Oversee website design and enhancements.Lead the development of value propositions for business units and train commercial associates in value propositions.Prepare the offer to the customer including the marketing mix and define strategic drafts, support product lines, report recognized market potential and changes, and implement appropriate marketing thrusts.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
