Come build with us!The roleOne is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Program Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our marketing strategies from conceptualization through to execution and evaluation. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the end-to-end process of our marketing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and yield the desired impact on our growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesLeading the planning process, execution, and delivery of marketing programs designed to drive growth and increase market share. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program execution.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including design, brand, content, product, martech and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of programs.Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure efficient production and organization of all marketing creative assets.Lead and manage the strategic planning, execution and continuous improvement of our website to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates and support the company's growth objectives.Conduct audits and provide timely updates of tactical changes to product offerings and disclosures across paid marketing assets and landing pages.Collaborating with the internal design team to onboard and maintain a digital asset manager to organize digital assets, including images, videos, and other creative materials.Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and adjustments needed to meet objectives.Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.Stay abreast of marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance program effectiveness.You bringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in marketing program management or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs with tangible growth results.Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach and a drive for innovation.Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Pay TransparencyThe estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 - $140,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
