Job Title: Marketing ManagerBelow, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.Job Type: Regular Full-Time, HourlyLocation: Ridgefield Park, NJ, USAMinimum Qualifications:BA/BS in marketing, business, data science or a related field; Master's degree a plus6+ years of related experience in one or more of the functional areas: business analytics, eCommerce or Web analytics rolesBenefits:Medical Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision)401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffH1B/Green Card Sponsorship for qualified employeeHands-on experience at global industry leader SamsungOpportunities for career advancementTop Skills:Digital Marketing analyticsSEOCRMKey Responsibilities:Lead the Web Analytics & UX analytics for HE IM marketing purposesDeep partnership with HE's Digital Marketing team for site content strategy and site information architecture of web site journey, pages and content modules.Define HE IM business or product requirements for build teams to actualizeDevelop and execute a comprehensive web analytics data strategy to optimize content, UX, CX and web performance / insightsPartner, build and manage best-in-class Web Reporting with appropriate teamsOwn HE IM's web site Customer Journey, Page Analytics, Pathing, Content and Engagement Analytics, Search Analytics, etc.Proficient in Communication & Presentation skills for Data/Web Analysis, Setup A/B testing practices/ Pre-Post analysis, Web Analytics tool like: Omniture, Google analytics, DXT etc.Build and manage best-in-class Web ReportingCreate and maintain internal repository of dashboards, workspaces & reportsStrong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholdersDemonstrate strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well verse with Adobe analyticsDrive data thought leadership and create end to end Web Reporting standardsProactively identify gaps and provide tagging requirementsImplement best practices for analytics, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our capabilitiesLead, collaborate and participate in highly functional and agile cross functional analytics & data teamsManage & execute opportunities for test & learn program, and personalizationDevelop Analytics project plans & manage partners & stakeholders' participation & contributionsSupport senior leadership team for any communication and presentation needsManage & support digital agency of record, and vendor partnersKnowledge, Education And/Or Experience:Deep experience in marketing content + pairing with ecommerce & merchandising programs; Consumer electronics industry a plusDeep experience in Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Tealium products (or similar)Experience in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Test & Target (or similar)Comfortable in executing / monitoring multiple initiatives & projects simultaneouslyProficient in managing stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems & communicationsManagement consulting mind-set and growth mind-setStrong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in communication & management to lay people (data analysis using excel, AA workspaces, tableau)Exceptional communication skills with ability to effective partnerships at all levels of the organizationStructured and process-oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approachAbility to operate seamlessly in a matrix organization and manage stakeholder across multiple lines of businessesStrong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and excellent multitasking skillsDeep experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointFluency in Confluence, JIRA a plus#J-18808-LjbffrRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
