As the campaign manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and expansion. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, internal stakeholders, and our digital agency to deliver compelling campaigns that align with global segment and corporate priorities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with global segments and corporate objectivesExecute campaign strategy and set clear and achievable campaign goalsCollaborate cross-functionally to understand value messaging, targeting criteria, and KPIsProvide program leadership to assure campaign communication and activity deadlines are metCommunicate campaign goals, progress, and results effectively to internal stakeholdersCoordinate with creative and content team to create compelling messaging and oversee preparation of campaign content in the forms of promotional articles, landing pages, ROI calculators, campaign advertising, and other creative assetsWrite and proofread marketing copy as needed for campaign assetsProject manage campaign plans and marketing resources using marketing project management tool (Asana)Work with digital agency and marketing operations to ensure campaign tracking, monitoring, and reporting of all campaign performanceOptimize campaigns based on A/B testing and performance insightsBuild and manage ABX program for 1:1 top tier accounts, 1:few and 1:manyCreate and maintain campaign playbook for consistent and optimized campaign strategiesDevelop and execute lead nurturing and retargeting programs to progress prospects through the marketing funnelDevelop and execute email drip campaigns and email marketing programsAnd other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, or content marketing with an agency or corporate environmentIn-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns with a proven track record of successExceptional communication and project management skills, experience with Asana is a plusAbility to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detailExperience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (or similar)Additional DetailsBackground Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification and passport/ID validation.Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States or Canada (depending on where the successful candidate is currently located and hired into) is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
