Reporting to the Associate Director, the Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing the production process of marketing initiatives, campaigns, materials, and printing operations. This role involves coordinating with various teams, monitoring budgets, ensuring quality control, and meeting deadlines.Primary Responsibilities:Project Management:Manage the production process for all marketing materials and collateral, including print, digital, video, and social media content.Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, publications, and mailings.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline production workflows.Ensure admissions and enrollment publications and materials are produced and delivered in accordance with recruitment cycle timelines.Quality Control:Ensure all marketing materials meet the College's quality standards and brand guidelines.Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of printed materials.Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to maintain quality.Budget Management:Manage production budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budget constraints.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize production workflows.Client Coordination:Work closely with clients to understand their printing needs and provide expert advice on print options and materials.Ensure clear communication with clients throughout the production process.Assist in printing and mail center duties as part of the Print and Mail Services team.Requirements:Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.5 years of experience in production or project management, preferably within a marketing or higher education environment.Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Additional Information:The salary range for this position begins at $65,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
