Frontier understands how to support multiple stakeholders to aid in developing and implementing national policies, strategies, and doctrine.Summary:Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking a highly skilled closeout specialist for an anticipated five-year project. You will play a key role in implementing and managing the Grants and Contract Review process and work closely with government stakeholders to ensure that key deliverables are met. ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Reviewing the file of expired contracts/task orders to determine their type, contract limitations, contract periods, types of costs, legal status, indirect rates, and ceilings, when applicable.Performing, coordinating, and scheduling the necessary close-out actions to complete the close-out process.Performing limited auditing services to reconcile direct and indirect costs billed, including adjustments for changes in indirect costs over the entire contract period, in cases where no previous audit has occurred.Preparing the Close-out Checklist for the CO's review and approval. The completed checklist must reflect that all required forms and documents have been reviewed and included in the file before submission to the CO for final review and sign-off.Prepare a memorandum and forward it and the signed closing document to the Finance Office. The memorandum must include instructions for de-obligating the balance of funds, if applicable.Prepare monthly reports and meet with the COR to review project performance as necessary. Additionally, the following reports must be produced:Open Contract ReportContract Status ReportArchived Contract ReportAd Hoc ReportsStatus Tracking Spreadsheet QualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Highly skilled in communication and interpersonal relations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Possesses attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or another relevant study areaSix (7) years of relevant experienceUS Citizen (by birth or naturalization)Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in relevant area of study.PMP Certification.Experience with Federal Records process.The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $106,000 per year .Pay and BenefitsAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
