Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing and eCommerce, the primary focus will be to grow & engage with our audience, foster meaningful interactions, and enhance our brand presence. The role of the Social Media Specialist will require a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.ResponsibilitiesThe Social Media Manager will support the brand and help develop strategy and content to bring brand and product awareness across our social media platforms.Support the organic and paid social strategy across all platforms with the ability to track and analyze the performance, measuring and reporting on KPIs.Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas for social channels, optimizing based on social and competitive trends.Collaborate with the team on the creation of content and campaigns to drive growth, reach, and engagement to build brand awareness.Collaborate with content creators & influencers, brand advocates, and UGC to develop engaging and relevant content.Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.Assist in day-to-day marketing projects and initiatives.QualificationsDegree in marketing or relative experience.Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Social Media marketing with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape from current trends and emerging platforms.Impeccable writing skills with fast turnarounds on tight timelines.A hands-on person with strong organizational and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
