The Sr. Property Manager overseesthe operations of these two properties that are located in East Lansing, MI.At AMP, we believe that the culture of integrity, professionalism, and hard work that we have been able to cultivate begins and ends with our team. This individual willaid inorganizing the properties' financial information, using this information to make projections, and find areas of improvement for the properties. Some key responsibilities consist of marketing and outreach, supervision of property staff, and providing services to residents. The Sr. Property Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out from the rest. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Implementing and upholding community policies.Maintaining and reviewing property financial goals and reports.Maintaining occupancy goals for the property.Team building and development of the leasing and maintenance staff.Planning office schedules and task assignment.Maintain property operations and the physical asset.Administer tours and answer questions for prospective residents.Resolve resident concerns and maintain overall resident satisfaction for the property.Create and maintain property and team leasing and marketing plans.Marketing outreach within nearby community.Lead maintenance team and collaborate with maintenance supervisor.Overseeing large scale capital projects.1-2 years of Property Manager experience in multi-family housingMutli-site property management experience preferredCAM preferred, but not requiredAbility to effectively communicate with staff and supervisorProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Entrataor related programs a plusStrong organizational skills and communication skillsA strong work ethic and willingness to learnStrong customer service and team building skillsHigh energy and positive attitudeHigh-school diploma, bachelor's degree a plusMust have strong leadership and conflict resolution skills and team building experienceAbility to pass background screening and drug testValid Driver's License with valid auto insurance Benefits:Full-time, salaried position401K with employer matchingPaid Vacation and HolidaysComprehensive Benefits Plan Available (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability)Competitive Wage + Quarterly Bonus OpportunityOn-Site Employee Apartment Discount Available& More!Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Work Place.Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.*Job requirements, responsibilities, compensation and duties are subject to change*#J-18808-Ljbffr
