This role involves leading retrofit projects, ensuring that all installations are performed accurately, efficiently, and meet the high standards R&R Heating is known for. The ideal candidate will possess extensive HVAC installation experience, hold necessary certifications, and demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute HVAC retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with all codes, standards, and client expectations.Supervise and train team members, promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.Maintain and enforce strict safety protocols on all job sites.Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Keep detailed records of projects, including services performed, materials used, and time spent.Just some of what we offer our team:Medical (company pays 80% of medical premium for individuals and 50% of families), Dental, Vision after 90-days6 Paid HolidaysAnnual Bonus based on company goals1 week paid vacation after 1 yearDiscounts on products and servicesTeam ApparelPaddleboards and other fun items that you or your family can check outVR TrainingPart-time teachers and experts to help you along your career pathRequirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC installation, with specific experience in retrofitting preferred.Required Licenses: 06A Electrical License (not Trainee Card), Gas Mech 1, and Idaho Apprentice Card.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including the latest energy-efficient technologies.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Professional appearance and the ability to interact positively with customers.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
