The Superintendent will be responsible creating a safety culture on site, reporting to a Sr. Superintendent and working closely with their Project Manager to;manage the project schedule, cost and subcontractors to deliver projects on-time and under budget.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Client DetailsOur client is a Top EnR firm that has a strong background building and renovating variety of structures (commercial and multifamily) ranging in size from $5M to $100M.
