SBA LenderThe SBA Loan Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of loan packages for submission to the Small Business Administration and other government agencies for commercial loan approvals.Compensation for SBA Lender: Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Vacation, life and health insurance, dental, vision and 401kVery good benefits. Incentives throughout the year based on loans closed Big enough to serve your larger customers, small enough to provide personalized serviceDuties & ResponsibilitiesProcess Small SBA 7(a) loan files($350,000 or less), SBA Express Loans; occasionally SBA 504 and Conventional loan files.order, and track due diligence items such as title policies, environmental reports, etc.Coordinate the collection of required documentation from borrower and/or lender.Contact lenders, title companies, insurance agents, and others to ensure missing post-closing documents have been obtained and make sure that files are complete with all final recorded documents.Order credit reports, as needed.Verify accuracy of documents based on type of loan.Prepare settlement sheets for loan disbursements and verify that documentation supports the original authorization.Supports departmental duties including answering phones, processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, etc.Requirements For SBA Lender:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred2 years minimum and in an active lending role currentlyExperience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferredStrong business development and credit risk assessment skillsSBA with revenue to small-middle market companies.Must have a proven track record in business development at a bank or firm.Knowledge of Bank regulations regarding lending and debt collectionNeed to be from a community bank or credit union atmosphere and be involved in local communities in your area***Your confidentiality is assured.** Only qualified candidates will be considered.For more information on this opportunity , please contact gabrielle.lazar@ or reach out to me by phone at 984-272-2253.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
