Posting Expires: Open Until Filled Salary: Commensurate with experience General Description:The Program Controls Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager with communications, database management and other duties as assigned. This person will work closely with Project Managers and Project Staff. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assists and supervise performance of project processes and activities for project managersProject coordination of core project functions which include scope, cost, time and qualityAssist with the development of fully baselined, logic-linked project schedulesEnsure accuracy of project schedules, updates, database entries, and perform version controlAssist the Project Managers to ensure that projects meet defined project timelines and stay within budgetProvide support in the monitoring of project schedules, milestone progress and resource allocationsSupport the Program Manager in the development of Work Breakdown StructuresConsult with Project Managers and technical experts to establish project assignments, tasks and subtasksAssist with project status report updates and maintain a history of revisions and document changesAssist with proper project closure procedures including securing all required signatures, and ensuring that all interim and final project billing has been completedAssist with the production of planning reports to capture Earned Value Management, Estimate To Complete and Estimate At Completion calculationsPerform coordination of cross-functional processes to monitor action items and ensure completion Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Must be able to support project governance and project status review meetingsProficient knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft ProjectStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clientsStrong ability to multitask, work independently and manage all aspects of a construction projects effectively and efficientlyMust have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). E-Builder experience is preferred
