Our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability has earned us a strong reputation in the industry.DescriptionPrepare accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and overhead.Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to provide detailed and competitive bids.Collaborate with project stakeholders to refine project scopes and identify cost-saving opportunities.Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects from inception to final inspection.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to management and clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate communication between the field and office teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Ensure all projects comply with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Promote a culture of safety on job sites, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.ProfileBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in electrical estimating and project management within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.Proficient in estimating software and project management tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.Union affiliation or experience working with union contractors is a plus.Job OfferHybrid Schedule (2 days working from home weekly)Health/Dental/Vision InsuranceAnnual Bonuses401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO policyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
