All of the Building and Construction projects are in and around the capitol region.DescriptionConstruction Assistant Project ManagerPlan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet Building and Construction deadlines.Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients.Direct and supervise construction or related workers.Profile2+ years of experience as Construction Assistant Project Manager2+ years experience working under a Project ManagerAverage project size of $5M-$100MGround up commercial/industrial construction experience is a must.
