We are seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney with a strong background in information technology (IT) contracts to join our clients legal team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, providing a path to a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage and negotiate IT-related agreements that are critical to the business.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of IT-related contracts, including software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and vendor contractsEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management standardsProvide strategic legal advice on IT procurement, software development, and data security mattersCollaborate with the procurement, IT, and compliance teams to address contractual and regulatory issuesAssist in the continuous development of contract management processes and templatesIdentify and mitigate legal risks related to technology and intellectual propertyQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar membership in good standing7+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal settingStrong understanding of legal principles related to technology transactions, intellectual property, and data privacyExceptional negotiation skills and ability to manage complex transactionsAttention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesStrong business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented approachPay Rate: $80-$120/hourThe full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Pay Details: $80.00 to $120.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jessica Haines Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
