The person hired for this role will support new upcoming product introduction. The goal will be to develop and commercialize the next generation disposable system for civilian and military use. This project will require design and development of electro-mechanical devices and soft goods intended for clinical use. This is a first shift position.As a CB Repair Tech you will be responsible for:Soldering, reading schematics and putting together a circuit board.Soldering, wiring, and cable/connector constructionOrdering parts and components from a Bill of MaterialsTest method development and set-upDevelopment of test fixturingExecution of testing for development and verification purposesTest data collection in bench testing environmentUse of DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generatorsThis is a full time contingent opportunity.Estimated Duration 24+ months.The ideal candidate will have:Associates degree in related field or equivalent vocational experience5 or more years of related experience in a technical environmentMust be able to build and test electronic prototypesMust be able to read and interpret electrical engineering schematicsMust be able to run experiments in repeatable manner and accurately document resultsFamiliarity with Data acquisition systemsExperience with standardized testing protocols and reportingPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity/experience with GLP environmentsExperience in regulated industry (medical device, aerospace, etc.)Experience with test method developmentExperience working in project team settings or working in a matrix organizationExperience with MS Office suite of applicationsExperience with quoting new materials and components with suppliersPay Rate: $26.00-26.71 hr.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
