LHH is seeking an litigation legal assistant interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity with a very successful firm in West Palm Beach, FL. We especially want to hear from those with complex commercial litigation experience. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, notices, pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists; prepping for trial; coordinating, scheduling, and other legal calendaring tasks; legal research; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a real team player, with a proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
