Leading a team of finance professionals, you'll serve as strategic advisors to divisional leaders, identifying and implementing performance enhancement strategies while mitigating risks and steering corrective measures to meet financial goals. Additionally, you'll spearhead financial management for a critical enterprise, the SFD contract, liaising with operational teams to drive excellence and guarantee client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial aspects of the division, including internal and client contract reporting, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.Act as the primary liaison between the divisional president and regional financial performance, spearheading initiatives for improvement and tracking corrective action plans.Analyze divisional and contract results, identifying operational variances and providing solutions to senior management to address discrepancies.Ensure compliance with client contract terms regarding billing, financial caps, and cost-sharing, while also maintaining a qualified finance team capable of meeting objectives and fostering staff development.Implement and maintain policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, uphold internal controls, and achieve financial objectives, serving as the primary finance contact for regional and site operations staff.Qualifications & RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree required.MBA in accounting or finance from a leading program, preferred.Experience8+ years in accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years management experience.Operational finance experience required.Experience supporting multiple sites/contracts required.Experience with healthcare is a plus.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.We encourage you to apply!If you are excited about a role but your experience doesn't seem to align perfectly with every element of the job description, we encourage you to apply.
