The Investor Relations Analyst will support initiatives in Capital Development, Investor Engagement, and Client Service. DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the role include the following:Cultivate a thorough understanding of the investor landscape and investment strategies.Oversee due diligence activities including questionnaires and on-site meetings. Coordinate and manage investor materials such as reports, presentations, and marketing contentManage the Investor Relations inbox. Administer the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate data entry, account management, and pipeline tracking. Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with investment teams, operations staff, and external partners. ProfileThe successful candidate will possess the following qualities:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance (Required)A minimum of 2 years of relevant investor relations experience in financial services. Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented.Creative thinkerA strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership mentality. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
