According to the enterprise, it is the world leader in this field, with its products being used around the world in various industrial applications.DescriptionUnderstand the business strategy, work closely with the business leader to fully understand the HR needs of the business and provide effective HR solutions;Recruitment management and recruitment delivery, headhunting and outsourcing service provider management, and high-quality completion of recruitment tasks together with the team;Improve the Human Resource management framework and related systems and processes to support the development of business departments;Full-module Human Resource planning and delivery: Recruitment Management, Compensation and Benefits Management, Performance Management, Training Management, Employee Relations Management, etcand handle daily human resources work;Work closely with the HQ and other departmentsSupport of global HR initiatives including local roll-out, share best practices and contribute to improvements.Support and promote a culture of safety, diversity, inclusion, and customer excellence and nurture a positive working environment.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Lead a team of 2 HR specialists (total currently 4 incl. 1 trainer and 1 admin)Profile5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner roleExperience managing a teamSupported in a manufacturing environmentAbility to build and maintain credibility with senior leaders, hiring managers and external stakeholders.Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment.Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, or a comparable level of training such as that which may be acquired through additional work experienceAbility to identify & analyze complex issues, able to recommend and implement solutions to sameInterpersonal skills to communicate and maintain effective / professional relationships with partners and staffAdept at influencing, conflict resolution and coaching at all levels of the organizationProficient with Microsoft Office 365, ATS and HRIS SystemsJob Offer3-6 month contract roleCompetitive Hourly PayHealth Benefits starting from day oneWork for a growing global organizationHybrid Schedule- 1 day a week remoteMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
