All of their work comes from their top-tier relationships in the market. $200m in annual revenue, with plans to sustainably grow to $300mProject pipeline through 2025Leadership comes from top GCs in the areaTrack record of nearly 30 years of excellence in the industryDescriptionProject Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenditures, and managing financial risks to keep the project within budget.Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including construction managers, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and resolving any disputes.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues related to safety, project delays, and unforeseen changes.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and overseeing quality control processes.Project Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Profile10+ years of construction experienceExperience with ground-up builds at $10+mWood frame construction experiencePositive attitude and a growth mindsetDegree in construction management is a plus!
