If you're looking to expand your skill set, take on new challenges, or advance your career, they will provide the resources and support you need to reach your full potential.DescriptionProvide administrative support to the Project Manager and Assistant Project ManagerAssist the Estimator, APM, and the Project Manager throughout the bidding and buyout process, including outreach to subcontractors and preparing bid evaluation sheetsDraft subcontracts and purchase orders for the Project Manager to reviewCollect and draft requests for information for the Project Manager to reviewGenerate and maintain RFI Log, Submittal Log, and PCO LogCommunicate with architects, engineers, and others to clarify scope of work, budget, schedule, and compliance requirements, and document these clarificationsAssist the APM with the change order processAssist the APM with maintaining the project scheduleAssist the APM with preparing all pay applications, payee lists, and job cost reportsCoordinate with the Director of Project Accounting to ensure efficient billing processMaintain drawing log and ensure site personnel are working from the up-to-date planCollaborate with the Superintendent to develop a project site logistics planTrack material procurementMonitor job-site safetyEnsure project meets quality standards and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain client and subcontractor relationshipsProfile2+ years of experience working for a general contractorBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferredExperience with projects with contract value of $5M+Experience in multifamily housing, especially affordable housing, is preferredAbility to work cooperatively with a diverse teamProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareJob OfferBase salary: $70 - $90k, dependent on experienceBonus earning potentialFully vested 401(k) with a 4% employer matchHealth, dental, and vision coverage (all employee premiums paid by company)Insurance and 401(k) benefits offered with immediate eligibility15 days of PTOFlexible hoursCar allowancePhone allowanceUnlimited growth potentialMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
