DutiesDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Execute projects in a timely and professional mannerBuild and nurture positive relationships with clients and team membersAttain minimum billing hours (utilization) on a monthly and annual basisAttain Effective Rate goals on a monthly and annual basisDevelop new client referral sources for business development on an annual basis that leads to growth for the Practice and FirmEstablish team policies and proceduresLead the growing real estate practice as a Senior Real Estate Attorney/Partner.Qualifications10+ years of relevant real estate experience; lateral partner levelLicensed in ColoradoA strong desire to lead/build a team and serve clients exceptionallyExtensive experience with commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey review and negotiations, easement agreements, and commercial leasing (office, warehouse, and retail)Experience with land use, multi/planned use development, and entitlement workExperience drafting covenants, commercial development agreements, and construction agreementsExperience with secured real estate financing agreementsWillingness to grow, lead, and mentor a practice groupJuris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law schoolSufficient experience to plan and accomplish goals with creativity and latitude, while performing a variety of tasks under the general supervision of the supervising partner or senior attorneyExcellent drafting skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate, consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategiesAn attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactiveLeadership experience with a proven ability to grow a Real Estate groupA client-first mindset and willingness to put in extra effort as client priorities dictateA culture of high achievement while enjoying the work and the people you work withFlexibility in how we operate, intended to accommodate a growing and dynamic law firm environmentTeam player with a "no task too small" attitudeBenefits And CompensationThe salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 depending on experience, with a compelling bonus structure.
