This position's primary responsibility will be to provide continuous coaching and team leadership to ensure the quantity and quality of sales leads produced by the team. This position will also work closely with Marketing to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.How will you make an impact?Delivers quality leads to the sales organization and ensures daily call activity and lead production expectations are met and exceeded.Daily sales training and coaching to ensure lead development staff is utilizing proper technique and processes.Critical, evolutionary thinking related to lead nurturing / generation.Team-oriented and managerial style geared toward preparing lead generators for advancement.Follows up with field and inside personnel for leads generated.Ensures leads are adequately qualified to ensure a high probability of a sale, and is ultimately measured on business closed as a result of leads generated.Inspires lead development staff to pursue NICE career advancement.Responsible for the tracking and reporting of leads via and any other applicable methods.Have you got what it takes?Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.12+ years of sales experience, five years of which in a lead or supervisory role.Experience in a technology company.2+ years experience working with contact centers.Very strong analytical skills including advanced use of Excel.Very strong presentation skills including presentation creation in PowerPoint.You will have an advantage if you also have:High technology sales experience preferred.Telephony background preferred.At NICE, we work according to the NICE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 3 days working from the office and 2 days of remote work, each week.What's in it for you?Join an ever-growing, market-disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
