We are looking for a friendly and hard-working associate to help provide world-class client service to our amazing clients. You will be responsible for scheduling, handling client requests, meeting follow-up, and assisting with assigned tasks. As our Client Service Director, you should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and a track record of working well with others in a team environment. This is a Full-Time position M-F 8:30am-5pm. The Financial industry requires a mandatory background check.Typical Duties Include:Scheduling client meetings, calling with meeting reminders, sending Zoom invitations, and doing follow-up callsProviding support to existing client requestsMailing out welcome packets and brochuresAssisting with overflow tasksData entrySocial Media - Facebook updatesMonthly newsletterCoordinating client eventsOnboarding & welcoming new clientsSeminar workshop prepExperience Preferred:1-2 years of administrative workPhenomenal phone communication skills are a mustGeneral understanding of client data entryExcellent computer application skills with Outlook, online calendar scheduling, WealthBox, Zoom, Excel, and other online programsCustomer service experience is a plusExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to communicate and interact with all kinds of people (both externally with customers, and internally with company team members and other departments)Time management skillsIf you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and we will contact you to schedule an interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 5 years (Required)Ability to Relocate:Creve Coeur, MO 63141: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
