This person will manage one very large client engagement.People in this role go beyond just managing large projects or portfolios...they're also player/coaches, facilitators, collaborators, risk mitigators, community builders, and expert planners. They're not afraid to color outside the lines or roll up their sleeves.You will be accountable for:Delivery of large scale engagements to clientsManaging the client relationship from a delivery and commercial standpointFraming decisions around business drivers, scope, time, cost and quality.You can lead solution definition and delivery of complex programs.Large multi-disciplinary teams (100+ people)Seamlessly bring together Razorfish's disciplines (Paid and Owned Strategy, Creative, Data, Technology and Marketing Engagement).Be the engagement leader ultimately accountable for ensuring an engagement's success and client satisfaction.You develop and maintain executive-level relationships, delivering on our promises (quality and profitability) and building thriving / high-functioning teams, while providing transparency to the Executive leadership team.Key Characteristics:Leadership and Vision: A charismatic, energetic, and real future facing leader; a forward thinker who likes to inspire.Client focused: A real business advisor with strong communication skills, excellent at building strong and long-term relationships with C-level clients.Strong Commercial Acumen: A proven track record for driving growth with a good understanding of business models and trends.A Thought Leader and Excellent Communicator: Brings simplicity to complexity and drives thought leadership through clear storytelling.A Collaborator and Influencer: Able to work with multiple matrix stakeholders across our organization and within the client.Key Responsibilities:Structures, establishes, and manages integrated campaign processes, projects, and programs across paid and owned channels to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery.Provides vision, purpose, direction, and motivation to team.Clarifies and communicates program objectives and success criteria.Adapts and applies proper PM methodologies to meet program objectives and client business drivers.Clarifies and enforces accountability and goal-setting for project leaders of all domains.Oversees the development and tracking of integrated estimations, project plans and metrics.Manages risks to the program, to Razorfish and to the account.Establishes and maintains program communications.Oversees scope management throughout the project life-cycle.Accountable for project finances and profitability.Understands legal implications of an engagement. Drives contract negotiations.Provides oversight and leadership to engagements of 100+ people.Removes roadblocks to success and acts as an escalation point for executive decisions.Minimum Requirements:15+ years of experienceFamiliarity and experience with Paid media, CRM, website planning and executionDeep project management experience in delivering large digital solutions.Proven track record leading multiple full project life-cycles from business development to final delivery.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Extensive experience of leading integrated projects and managing globally distributed teams.The Power of One starts with our people!
