You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.In this role, you will define a goal and strategy to improve key aspects of the viewer experience. You will partner across teams, product areas, and functions to align on and execute against the strategy. You will launch changes to a product used by users that will enable measurable and visible growth to user metrics as well as the business' top and bottom line.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap, scope, design, develop, and launch product features to enable responsible YouTube Ads business growth.Set objectives, define metrics and measure progress within key areas of the YouTube business.Partner with cross-team to ensure that partners, leadership and functions are aligned with near and long-term strategy.Deliver value to users, creators, and advertisers.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
