Job Title: Senior Executive AssistantThe Amazon Entertainment People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization (HR) is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to provide single-threaded support to our Vice President. We build the culture, talent, and organization that ensures all Entertainment Amazonians thrive in creating, inventing, and delivering for our customers globally.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.From Day One, this role will focus on keeping the organization's leader and team organized, informed, and on task. High-level calendar management and scheduling will require attention to detail as well as superb time management and organizational skills. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, have the ability to manage last-minute escalations, and effectively partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to get things done.You must understand business priorities and demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. This role requires professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. You should be resourceful, forward-thinking, and a creative problem solver.Key Responsibilities:Own complex calendar and schedulingOwn domestic and international travelManage expense report coordination and submissionDevelop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (Staff meetings; All-Team meetings; Off-Sites; and team social events/recognition)Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding itemsManage team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurationsWork closely with the leadership team and our business partnersPartner with other Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the companySupport a positive team cultureMinimum Requirements:8+ years of senior level leadership support experienceHigh school or equivalent diplomaExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience with C-level executive calendar managementExperience as an Executive AssistantCompany Culture:Here at Amazon, we embrace our differences and are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
