Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionThe salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 annually.Reporting to the Programmatic Director, using your existing ad operations and marketing skills, you will help develop major client accounts.This area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth this year. Your primary responsibilities will include:Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.Develop insights to inform our client's strategies.Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.Qualifications4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment.Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform.Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, Amazon, & The Trade Desk.Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential.Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents.Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands.Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing.Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.Note: We emphasize skills, expertise, and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
