You will work closely with HR leadership to drive proactive employee relations strategies, ensuring alignment with company values and improving retention and engagement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a positive impact on employees' work lives.Key Responsibilities:Investigations & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations. Provide unbiased recommendations for resolving issues and ensure thorough documentation of findings.Employee Coaching & Guidance: Offer first-level coaching and guidance to managers and employees on addressing performance, attendance, and workplace disputes to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and legal counsel to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze employee relations data to spot patterns and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.Proactive Employee Relations: Develop and implement strategies that promote positive employee relations and alignment with organizational culture.Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies, escalating complex cases to HRBP or leadership when necessary.Why You'll Love This Role:You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee engagement and satisfaction. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Attributes: Ability to remain neutral and unbiased while handling sensitive issues. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite and web-based applications.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
