This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.What You'll Do:Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring.Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Implement business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.Build and maintain effective long-term client relationships and a high level of satisfaction.Prepare and submit short and long-range plans and strategies to clients using available marketing programs.Direct new business efforts with current accounts and source new business opportunities.Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the client's management to understand needs.Evaluate industry and business trends; review and identify performance across the strategic account.Apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines and key drivers impacting performance.Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex operational and organizational problems.What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management preferred.Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and handle problems effectively.Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets impacting multiple departments.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.Preference for candidates with Life Sciences or Healthcare Industry experience.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.Equal Employment Opportunity: CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.Candidate Accommodations: CBRE provides reasonable accommodations in job application procedures for individuals with disabilities.NOTE: Some positions may have additional requirements to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols.#J-18808-Ljbffr
