Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Summary: Affordable Dental Care is a faith-based, non-profit organization whose mission is to restore hope, health, and opportunity through quality dentistry to the uninsured, at-risk population in a non-profit, partner-powered model that treats any individual who has put off dental care due to financial, physical, or educational hardship. We do not accept insurance and do not compete with private practice dentistry or government community healthcare, rather exist to fill the gap of patients who fall into neither of those categories. Using biblical principles taught and displayed by Jesus to love and care for our neighbors, we seek to close the gap in the crisis of access to dental care.Overview:The Development Director will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for all duties regarding fundraising and public relations to ensure Affordable Dental Care fulfills its mission.Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and direct customized fundraising programs for the overall financial health of the organization by utilizing the donor database to its fullest potential.Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with all donors, creating and executing a strategy to increase the base of annual individual, corporate, and foundation donors.Ensure stewardship of donor dollars by ensuring thank you/tax letters are sent timely.Manage, write, and track proposals and reports for all foundations, grants, and corporate funding.Represent ADC with stakeholders, government entities, partnerships, and the general public.Provide oversight to all of ADC's social media.Work closely with volunteers to oversee ADC's fundraising events.Provide clear communication to the Board on the state of the organization, including fundraising goals, metrics, and outcomes.Co-manage the organization's resources and priorities with the Dental Director.Uphold the organization's culture and mission/vision and inspire a culture of loving service to the community.Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.Qualifications:Minimum two years' experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, stewardship, donor relations, project management, and/or a related area. Travel is sometimes required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. A background in public health is a plus. Christian faith is a plus.Salary:Minimum $65,000/yr#J-18808-Ljbffr
