A growing law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The firm specializes in family law, immigration, appellate litigation, and extraordinary writ litigation, with some criminal defense work. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of legal experience and be passionate about providing excellent service both inside and outside the courtroom. The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work across all of the firm's practice areas, ensuring diverse legal exposure.Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.Duties:Represent clients in family law, immigration, appellate, and writ litigation cases.Assist in criminal defense matters as needed.Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and appeals.Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients in various practice areas.Appear in court for hearings, trials, and oral arguments on behalf of clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and maintain strong client relationships.Provide informed consultation and ensure prompt response times to client inquiries.Maintain respectful and comprehensive communication with clients throughout case proceedings.Requirements:1 to 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in family law, immigration, or appellate litigation.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and court appearances.Ability to work collaboratively with the legal team and maintain positive, respectful client relationships.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar membership in the State of Ohio (required).Skills:Strong legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.Ability to manage multiple practice areas, including family law, immigration, and appellate cases.Effective time management and case prioritization skills.Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and communicate complex legal issues.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary (details provided by the firm).Full-time position with opportunities for professional development.Location:Cincinnati, Ohio#J-18808-Ljbffr
