The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing cases for trial and actual trial experience. This role involves working on a diverse range of litigation matters, including business disputes, real estate, family law, and employment litigation. The position offers a dynamic environment, handling both state and federal cases, with trial commitments varying from days to months. The firm values professionalism, ethics, and a team-based approach to legal practice.DutiesManage a variety of litigation cases involving business disputes, real estate, family law, employment litigation, and contract actions.Prepare cases for trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.Conduct research and provide legal analysis to support case strategies.Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative actions.Handle full case management from inception through trial.Collaborate with other attorneys on complex litigation matters.Transition and adapt to new areas of law as required by case assignments.Maintain a professional, ethical, and aggressive approach to litigation.RequirementsStrong civil litigation and trial preparation skills.Proven experience in managing cases through trial.Ability to handle a broad range of legal matters, including business disputes, employment litigation, real estate, probate, and family law.Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.In-office work commitment (not a remote position).EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.CertificationsLicensed to practice law in the state of California.SkillsProficiency in civil litigation, trial preparation, and trial advocacy.Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex litigation and adapt to different legal matters.Experience with state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative actions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth.Exposure to a wide variety of litigation cases, providing valuable experience across multiple legal disciplines.In-office work with the potential for professional development through case management and trial experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
