The team member reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them to proofs for production execution, while also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base. This is not a website or mobile app development UX role. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is required. This role includes customer relationship management, understanding requirements, designing, and quality control. Training will be provided. Communicate with customers in a timely manner.Keep customer information updated in CRM software.Responsible for quality control.Other Required Skills:Ability to maintain a high level of engagement with a customer base.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.A keen eye for visual design.Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess:1+ year of prior experience with Adobe Illustrator.1+ years of prior customer service experience.Fluency in written and spoken English.Timings: Mon to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM.#J-18808-Ljbffr
