Be involved in projects with our Project Controls Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.Your ImpactResponsibilities:Oversight of Finance, Cost and Change Management and Document monitoring and controlsCreate budgeting forecasts to support Program and Project activitiesReview, monitor and control contractor and consultant budgets and expenditureTimely identification and analysis of Cost and Project Changes and make recommendations to resolve to the Program ManagerPrepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, financial reports, and other financial projectionsCreate/maintain financial models to track and allocate costsPrepare and track acquisition packages for reimbursementDevelop regular progress reports for the Program Manager and Program Management Office (PMO)Demonstrate professional acumen in executive level settingsDevelop and manage implementation of project controls processes including detailed change management processes and reportingAnalyze various business case scenarios and provide recommendationsPrepare memos, reports, briefings, proposals, and other client deliverables that include spreadsheets, complex graphs, charts, and tablesProvide oversight of vendor selection, progress of contractors, progress reports, change orders, completion of punch lists, project completion and review of close out documentsProvide direct oversight of the review and processing of invoicesProject Accounting OversightWho You AreMinimum Requirements:BA/BS Business, Finance, or AccountingProject Management experience, PMP preferred12 years' experience in Financial Controls, Finance, or Accounting including experience leading a team of professionalsTransit and rail industry experience preferred.Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skillsConfident self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic environmentAttention to detail and organization while working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and produce project deliverablesAbility to build and sustain relationships with team members, contractors, and clientsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to prioritize workload and deliverablesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, Adobe Design and PublisherProficient in e-Builder Construction Management Software preferredCompensation and Benefits:WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career.Expected Salary: $197,190 - $240,220WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
