As the Internal Communications Leader, you will lead the development and execution of the internal communications strategy for our organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values. You will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the company's culture.We offer:Health benefits.401K plan.Paid time off and holiday pay.Wellness program.Incentive Plan.Professional development & career advancement opportunities.Lots of perks.Responsibilities:Develop and implement an employment value proposition and branding strategy focusing on retention and recruitment.Manage and provide strategic guidance to teams ensuring that all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values.Partner with senior leaders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company's culture and values.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help create a positive company culture.Manage all DEIB communications, cultural and wellness calendars, meetings, and other events.Manage the company's internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's goals and values.Manage internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.Manage crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up to date.Serve as the company's spokesperson on internal communications matters.Qualifications:BA/BS.5-8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.Experience managing a team.Excellent writing and editing skills.Strong project management skills.Experience with content creation and delivery (i.e. email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations).Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders.Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (internal email software, intranet, etc.).Why You'll Love Empire:We empower our employees to strive for their unique goals.
