All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Director of MarketingJob Summary: The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the Practice's visibility, attract new patients, and support business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to effectively manage marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requires occasional regional travel. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand recognition.Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, staff, and external partners to align marketing efforts with practice goals.Essential Functions:Manages branding and digital strategies and search engine optimization for the organizational footprint in multiple markets.Creates and manages all social media while maintaining Tri-State Orthopaedics brand voice and personality.Collaborates with external partners including school partners, referring physician offices and vendorsCreates, monitors and manages all online reputation platformsPlans, schedules and coordinates photo and video shootsManages Tri-State Orthopaedics professional and community outreachDevelops and executes advertising projects, patient education materials, in house digital advertising monitorsManages company and affiliated websitesManages sponsorships and fulfillment obligationsCreates/assists in creating and/or editing of relevant video/photo content, post relevant articles/blogs, company accomplishments, press releases, company job fairs, local property events and career opportunitiesCoordinates development and maintenance of TSOS apparel and promotional itemsCreates internal monthly newsletterManages company events committee and planning events for employeesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience (7+ years) in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare sectorStrong understanding and proven success in marketing principles, digital marketing, brand management and social media platformsExcellent leadership skills with proven ability to develop professional relationships in the community both in person and through digital communicationAbility to manage multiple projects with successProficiency in marketing software and tools Canva/Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign and WordPress and Google AnalyticsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsAbility to travel regionally and work evenings and weekends on occasion#J-18808-Ljbffr
