Instructional Designer

Summary:Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.We're in search of an Instructional Designer.Job Title: Instructional DesignerLocation: Ridgefield Park, NJDuration: 12 months with a possibility of extensionStatus: HybridKey Responsibilities:Develop instructional materials, including one-pagers, eLearning content, and video editing, with a focus on retail environments.Use Articulate Rise, Storyline, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Audition).Ensure projects are completed in under 6 weeks in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with project managers to ensure content meets the approval process and is ready for execution.Local travel to stores for training evaluations may be required.Focus on sales enablement and product training.Required Skills:Graphic design sense to create visually engaging content.Proficiency in Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).Articulate Rise and Storyline experience.Familiarity with ADDIE methodology.Project management experience (collaborating with project managers to ensure approvals and project routing).Ability to pivot and adapt quickly to changing project needs.Nice-to-Have:AV/IR knowledge (not required for the first 6 months).Experience with consumer electronics training.Portfolio showcasing product training content (preferred but not required on the resume).If you are interested in this job and/or can assist us by referring someone who is interested in this job, please let me know, as we offer lucrative referral bonuses.A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00.Benefits will also be available and details are available at the following link:2024 Benefits Guide (Contract Employees)2023-2024 Summary of Benefits:Annual Notice:am looking forward to speaking with you today.About us:Harvey Nash is a national, full-service talent management firm specializing in technology positions.
