This includes all employees of The Moore Law Group, including attorneys, non-attorney negotiators and support staff.What we offer:8 Paid HolidaysPaid VacationPet Insurance401(k)Office locations in CA, AZ, CO, NM, NVRemote work available for select positionsThe Moore Law Group is looking for extraordinary people and we are eager to meet fresh talent, so check out our open positions.Essential Functions:Understands all client policies and procedures and conducts all firm business within those guidelines.Researches and understands laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court rules and regulations, including industry trends and conducts all firm business within those guidelines.Prepares cases, attends court hearings, conference calls, consulting client witnesses; completing discovery process; developing case and testimony; completing filings, motions, and submissions; supervising paralegal.Manages cases by monitoring schedules; expediting requirements; obtaining and forwarding information.Supports firm and clients by initiating and maintaining open communications; and keeping firm informed of any issues with workflow or policy changes, etc.Maintains cost standards by monitoring expenses; recommending cost-saving opportunities.Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):JD from an ABA school required. Admitted to the practice in the State of Colorado.Must possess superior analytical skills and have strong written and oral communication skills.Knowledge of litigation process from suit filing through and including judgment enforcement is a must.Experience in creditor's rights law is a plus.Must be a team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn is essential to this role.Must be located in Colorado and be able to work within the office.Physical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential job functions of this job.
