Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.Job Summary:The Manager of SEO Content will oversee the strategy, development, and execution of SEO-focused content across multiple areas of the site, including category pages, brand pages, and product detail pages (PDPs). This role is responsible for driving measurable SEO results, specifically improving SERP (Search Engine Results Page) rankings and overall organic traffic. The Manager will lead a team of content professionals, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all SEO content strategies are aligned with business goals and performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement SEO content strategies for category pages, brand pages, and PDPs to improve SERP rankings and drive organic traffic.Manage and provide development for a team of SEO content professionals, ensuring the execution of SEO content strategies and project execution with a focus on timeliness and quality.Lead the SEO team in collaboration with product management, UX design, and web teams to ensure content is optimized for search engines while maintaining a strong user experience.Analyze and report on content performance using SEO tools and web analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including the brand team, merchants, and external vendors, to drive best-in-class SEO content and execution.Stay current with SEO best practices, Google algorithm updates, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to refine and innovate content strategies.Develop content production workflows and guidelines that ensure scalability, quality, and agility to meet evolving SEO goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO content strategy, or e-commerce marketing, with a focus on driving organic growth.Proven experience managing content teams and leading cross-functional projects in SEO.Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and web analytics platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.This position requires a passion for execution, process excellence, a strong focus on customer experience, and the ability to manage and lead a team of professionals.
