Crye-Leike, REALTORS is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Marketing Director, located in Brentwood, TN. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) which will provide proactive administrative support to upper management, broker managers, and real estate agents. This is a key position responsible for providing administrative support to the Nashville Region branches. The successful candidate should enjoy a fast-paced environment, have high attention to detail, an aptitude for marketing, training, social media, and demonstrate superior customer service skills. This position will work closely with the Office Administrators, broker managers, and agents.Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Job DutiesCoordinate marketing and advertising needs for real estate agents, including ordering business cards, real estate signs, and custom advertising pieces as needed.Be familiar with the company's marketing programs, materials, and guidelines/policies.Introduce and train sales agents on Crye-Leike's marketing programs, tools, processes, and standards.Proof policies, documents, and letters.Approve invoices for payment.Develop corporate advertising and coordinate placement in local publications.Maintain marketing inventory for local branch offices, including signs, name riders, closing gifts, promotional products, and literature.Support Branch Managers on recruiting efforts for agents, including preparing recruiting packages.Maintain and keep up to date the Facebook page and social media sites.Design presentations.Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with local agents and brokers through supporting and relationship building; including periodically traveling to our Atlanta Region branches to discuss marketing programs/tools at sales meetings and offering classes in the training center.Act as a liaison between agents and Global Home warranty rep, providing assistance as needed.Plan and organize the annual company Kick-Off event for 200+ agents plus corporate employees.Oversee sign installers.QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel).Demonstrated proficiency using Photoshop, CANVA, and In Design.Marketing and social media or prior marketing experience.2+ years administrative support experience working in an office environment required.Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) a must.Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize multiple facets of the job.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must have a professional demeanor, possess a strong work ethic, and be reliable.Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Prior real estate or real estate office experience a plus.Ability to travel to the Nashville Region branches (10% of the time).About Crye-LeikeCrye-Leike is a full-service real estate company founded in Memphis in 1977.
